NET(net) announced it has acquired Orange Procurement Consulting (OPC), a firm that specializes in serving the unique and dynamic needs of the Financial Services industry, helping their customers reduce costs and risks in the technology supply chain, and improving the strategic sourcing and supplier performance management functions.

SAP: Potentially in Violation of U.S. Sherman Act and More Indirect Access Issues 

SAP is acting in an anti-competitive manner and could be in breach of the US Sherman Act, according to a Duke University School of Law professor.
